Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know how much my withdrawal will be?
  • A notification is sent out either weekly or on the 16th & 1st of each month. You may receive notification by either fax or email – it usually arrives 3 days in advance of your withdrawal
  • You are asked to contact the GFS BC Credit Dept if you do not receive a notification
     
What if my payment day is on a weekend – when does the withdrawal get processed?
  • The money will be withdrawn on the next banking day
     
What if I need to change the amount of my withdrawal?
  • You can contact the Credit Dept up until 2:00pm the day before your withdrawal to discuss changes
     
What happens if my payment does not clear the bank?
  • GFS BC has a service charge applicable for returned payments.
